Zerlmane Tan Gaik Swan was born in Cameron Highlands, Negeri Pahang, Malaysia. She completed her legal study and obtained an honour degree in Law from the prestigious University Kebangsaan Malaysia in year 2006.
Zerlmane Tan Gaik Swan started her pupilage in 2006 in the chamber of Messrs. Jeff Leong, Poon & Wong. She was then admitted and enrolled as an advocate and solicitor of the High Court in Malaya in year 2008 through the High Court in Malaya at Kuala Lumpur and is permitted to practice as an advocate and solicitor in the High Court in Malaya. Subsequent to her admission, she continued to work in Messrs Jeff Leong, Poon & Wong where she gains valuable experience in litigation and corporate.
In the year of 2009, Zerlmane Tan decided to work as in-house counsel whereby she then joined Senheng Electric (KL) Sdn Bhd where she gains experience in drafting and vetting through various kind of commercial agreements and handling various employment issues and customer complaints. In 2011 she had practicing as legal assistant of conveyancing and corporate in Messrs T G Lim & Partners and subsequently in 2012, she worked with Messrs Beh & Co as legal assistant whereby she gains work experience in the area of Intellectual Property apart from conveyancing and corporate works.

Nicoe Cheng Mee Ching graduated from Northumbria University, Newcastle, UK with an LL.B (Hons) Second Class Upper in 2005. She began her career with Wecox Claims Group (Malaysia office) as a Legal Officer, where she was actively involved in comprehensive global claims handling, from notification to settlement and recovery from carriers. In 2006, she returned to the UK to pursue the Bar Vocational Course and was subsequently called to the English Bar as a Barrister of the Honourable Society of Lincoln’s Inn in 2007.
Upon her return to Malaysia, Nicoe read in chambers at Messrs Jeff Leong, Poon & Wong and was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 2008. She then practiced with Messrs Ben Lee & Co in civil, commercial, and criminal litigation, before moving to Messrs Goh & Partners where she represented financial institutions in banking and debt recovery disputes. Her litigation background provided her with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to deliver practical solutions in complex cases.
Since 2011, Nicoe has focused her practice on conveyancing and real estate matters with Messrs Wilson Leong, Ong & Lean. Her work covers all aspects of property transactions, including sale and purchase, financing, tenancy, and strata management, as well as related areas such as family law, probate, and commercial agreements. Clients value her approachable manner, clear communication, and commitment to guiding them through legal processes with professionalism and care.
